With over 30 years of experience in the Papagayo region, Jeremy has become a fixture, much like the hills that frame the coast, embodying a deep understanding of the land and its cultural nuances.
Originally from Wales, Jeremy brought his passion for sharing knowledge when he immigrated to Costa Rica via Canada, leaving behind a career in education. In the early 90s, he embarked on a journey to introduce his fellow countrymen to the abundant opportunities of the Guanacaste region, working with a Canadian charter company and establishing a leisure activity company. Recognizing the untapped potential in the real estate market, Jeremy teamed up with a renowned Real Estate company to fill the void, establishing the first brokerage in the area with unwavering integrity and firm promises.
Driven by his commitment to providing families with secure homes, Jeremy expanded his endeavors, pairing Pacific Coast Real Estate with Pacific Coast Construction. His dedication to creating new building standards ensures that the literal foundation of housing in the region is as solid as his word.
Yet, Jeremy’s vision extends beyond bricks and mortar; he recognizes that real estate is about more than just transactions—it’s about creating homes and communities where lives are lived and memories are made.
